Our Story

ICF Jordan Chapter was founded in 2017 by forward-thinking coaches under the prestigious International Coaching Federation (ICF) umbrella. Our mission emphasizes professional development and upholding the highest coaching standards. With trust and openness in mind, we registered as an official association with the government. In accordance with our democratic approach, Board members are elected every two years, ensuring new perspectives and continuous development.

We strive to promote coaching excellence, impact, and value in Jordan by supporting our members’ professional growth, fostering a sense of community and belonging, and advocating for the role of coaching in societal transformation. As part of the ICF global ecosystem, we aim to contribute to the overall advancement of the coaching profession and its positive impact on individuals and organizations across Jordan.
